March 19, 2008 – North Richland Hills, Texas -Our community has been impacted this year by teenage alcohol and drug consumption. Prom and graduation is a time when we usually see a rise in this.

Project Celebration is an alcohol drug free event held after prom. This encourages the seniors to attend this party instead of going out on their own. It is a fun time with casino tables, games, music and food. The seniors then use their fake money to purchase items like TVs, laptops, refrigerators and more.

This year they have created an online auction at E Boutiques. People can preview the auction items and can bid online. There is a variety of items you can bid on. There are exercise bikes , flag flown over the Texas Capitol, gift certificates for Botox, gift certificates to stores, printers,  portrait gift certificates, trailer hitch cover, motor stand, pajamas, stationery, NRH2O passes and lots more.
